The DNS servers are properly configure. We also got a message that put
"Failto=<>" in the same place as "test=test"; both appear in the MAIL file.
I bounced the server, and the problem resolved itself.
Should we be restarting the IMS server or services on a regular basis?

Besides this one little hiccup, the server is everything we expected.

That means that you have a DNS Server configured called "test=test for
bigdough.com:".
Please look in your log file for the POST Server startup. The POST Server
should display a list of configured DNS Servers.
