[iMS] Sending to like domains using iMSmail tag

We've been pulling addresses with like domain names to include in the same cfx_iMSmail tag execution (for better performance/less control files). We've set the SMTPTo, for example, as
SMTPTO="[EMAIL PROTECTED],[EMAIL PROTECTED]"

Currently, the mail is being sent to the first address, but not the second. The .mail control file in the que shows only the first address in the recipients list. We're obviously doing something wrong... Suggestions?

Also, will the recipients see the other TO addresses in their "copy" of the mailing (we do not want them to)?
