POST Server 1.5 Beta 19

Please refrain from installing iMS POST Server 1.5 Beta 19 in any production
environment.  Unfortunately, because of the many changes that were made
internally a few bugs slipped by.  We're now working on these ands we have
Beta 20 in  production here.
