[iMS] ReportPostStatus.cfm -- bad e-mails

[Tac/Smokescreen Action Network]

I'm trying to catch bad e-mail addresses from ReportPostStatus.  When I send
a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED], it comes back as a successful
deliver (in the DeliveredList, rather than in the Failed List), even though
the logs show it with a message coming back from yahoo saying that the user
did not have an account.

Shouldn't this be going to the PermFailedList?
