This has got serious. The SMTP server fell over again last night, not long
after I left work and no-one got any mail all night :-(
The same "lost path" problem, but a different path this time:
"X-ListMember\242089CBB3F0D411AC99.mail" was a typical "mail not found"
error from the CFX_iMSMail tag, that message being an extra header from a
List server, part of the message content! {-0 Checking the logs for the
1st occurrence of the error shows that the mail being processed at that
moment was _not_ from the List server and there were no other parallel
threads at that moment, the previous message was a whole 3 seconds earlier :-)
This time the server did not fall over completely so our monitoring did not
pick things as being wrong and we have had a dead mail server for 14 hours,
not a good scene.
