Try:
Attachments="c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myfile.doc|application/msword"
This tells the tag to speficy the MIME-type of the attachment as
application/msword.

There are two ways that this will work:
1 - the full version of iMS has an SMTP Server that receives mail
2 - the latest beta of POST-SE has a built-in SMTP Relay Server. You can
download this from:
