If you put result=relay in your RCPT template then it should work.  We use
this type of code over and over here.  If you want to see the output of your
template you can insert the foloowing text:

option=debug

and the output will appear in the log file.  That may give you a clue as to
what's going on.  Also, you should see a line in the iMS SMTP log file
indicating relay recipients.
