I am trying to run IMS Beta 28 from the zip file , and I go to run the
executable, and the cursor turns to hour glass for 5 seconds then
nothing happens. I am running on my NT test server in which I have had
other beta copies on, I completely unistalled all other copies and
deleted all directories, I still get the same problem. I even ran other
setup programs to make sure it wasn't the operating system. Am I
missing
something left over from old installations? Any help would be
appreciated.
