Some customers in our server have send around 30,000 using cfmail and other
user has use the cfx to send 150,000 in a single query

basically what I found in our experience was the bandwidth limit.. I have
set the post threads to only 120 at the same time.. I came up with this
number to keep other services stable and running smood

memory was not really a problem.. we only have 512 mb and besides the large
query the post service did it pretty well.. cpu usage lasted around 20
minutes using 15 to 20% of it..
ohh one think.. unless your email list is 100% checked you will need some
kind of account that erase or manage all the bounces. We created on that
time something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] where we set the code to erase
all the incoming mail.
all this was done on the 1.3 and the large one on 1.5
I just installed the beta 31 today.. will have some 20,000 list sent using
the new post.. I will let u know.
