The iMS registration server uses TCP/IP port 8888. So, you need to have
that port opened. If that's not possible then please do the following:
Open Start>Programs>inFusion Mail Server>Register Serial Number
Click on Information
Send me the key code at the bottom.
I'll then send you a key to install manually with the Manual Installation
option in the same program.
