Not sure but there are inconsistencies between the mx records:

trobb.com:

trobb.com
seg.support.net
sog.support.net

support.net:

support.net
sog.support.net

Also, there is no forward lookup for sog.support.net which is a problem...

Other than this - I'm not sure why your mail is bouncing...
