You can remove email headers from any message by setting the header value to
"" in your RCPT template.  A few weeks back a user sent several messages to
this list with receipt request turned on (a receipt request is caused by a
"Disposition-Notification-To" header in the mail).  Another user on this
list requested that the receipt request be removed.  I did this using the
following code:

<cfif form.smtpto is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]">
<insetheader Disposition-Notification-To="">
</cfif>

Now, if you send mail to this list with a receipt request that header will
be removed from the email.  Note: iMS 1.5 acts a bit differently.  The
header will still be in the email but will have a blank value.  iMS 2.0 will
remove the header entirely which is a better behavior.
