Sorry Howie, but I don't think it's present.  I'm dumping all the form vars to the log 
and even though it says "Send to local address (SmartDelivery)" there's no 
form.smartdelivery var showing up (I can send you the output off list if you want).  I 
just installed the iMS20.exe release from the FTP site.
