Correct me If I'm wrong but isn't quotedprintable="yes/no" a
directive telling the tag what to generate as an end result rather
than what text the tag should expect to get? If so, shouldn't it
accept any input string and escape equals signs for you (if you
have chosen quotedprintable="yes") so that the resultant message
has "=3D" wherever there was previously an equals sign?
It seems that this problem has only come up since the latest CFX
was released so maybe this behavior changed from previous
versions.
