The quotedprintable option was introduced in version 2.5.  I'm not sure if it was documented in the manual or not but I'll check on that.  The only thing you need for sending HTML mail is cfx_imsmail 2.2 (which most people here are comfortable with - v2.6 is in the works) and then you simply need to use the HTML parameter.  Note that you cannot embed graphics into the mail - they need to be referenced by hyperlinks.

About the whole quotedprintable issue.  We are beginning to transfer our html email sends via cfx_imsmail and I have been seeing a lot about quotedprintable.  Where is this in the documentation?  Where do you set this?
 
And, also... is there just a clear step by step guide for formating html emails to be used with cfx_imsmail?
