It's not iMS that does this - it's the cfx
tag. There are only two ways to get around this:
1 - send mail in groups of 1000 with the
tag
2 - modify the tag using the provided source
code.

Subject: [iMS] Duplicates in recipient
list
The iMS Post server only sends one copy of an
email to a recipient regardless of how many times it's email is duplicated in
the recipient list. Is there a method of disabling this so that I
can seed my recipient list with my email address every 1000 or so?
This way when I send 50k emails I should receive 50 emails, ensuring that all
emails we sent out.
