It seems to resolve OK from within cyberkit. As I have it working with
different DNS servers I guess I'm OK.
As it was only a problem with one domain, do you think I should:
a) Put the two old DNS Servers back in the configuration, and just add the
two new ones to the list OR
b) Just leave the two new DNS Servers in the list
What are the implications of the two options?

Could be the WIN2K DNS. We have two here that sometimes fails MX lookups.
You should download cyberkit (http://www.cyberkit.net/)
to see if the MX resolves preoperly with your servers.
