When you set the headers what you are doing is asking the *remote* mail server to send bounces to a specific address.  The FAILTO is used by the POST Server for returning mail.  The FAILTO takes precedence over the SMTPFROM and setting FAILTO to "NULL" disables sending failure messages.

Does the "header_Return_to=xxx" return bounced mail back to the specified address, and will this take place of the "FailTo=xxx" in the <cfx_iMSMail> tag?  Or does the "FailTo=xxx" take presidence?  What I am asking is do I need both of them?
