When you set the headers what you are doing is
asking the *remote* mail server to send bounces to a specific address. The
FAILTO is used by the POST Server for returning mail. The FAILTO takes
precedence over the SMTPFROM and setting FAILTO to "NULL" disables sending
failure messages.
