The footers themselves are coming through on both
HTML and plain text messages, but the "smtpto" token
is only being replaced on the HTML messages. The plain
text ones just show the bracketed, coloned "smtpto".
In other words, just the opposite of what I assume would
have happened before you enabled footer tokens for HTML
messages earlier today (they worked in plain but not HTML).
