Yes I have read that, but what I am asking about is if you set the Max to 0 then do you also set the Min to 0?

See the manual, page 51.  You set the Maximum Total Bandwidth to 0 for no bandwidth limit.

If I want to us unlimited bandwidth do I set the:
min bandwidth per thread = 0
Allication factor = 0???
 
would that be correct or not?
