I have installed IMS on a clients' machine for a solution developed by
us in Coldfusion; we are now testing by sending a thousand messages at a
time. However, the client is immediately getting errors from IMS saying
that the message was undelivered after 0 hours - all 1000 messages are
being sent to the same email address, yet they are getting about 25
error messages from each batch.

It's POST SE, I think version 2. In the Configuration Tool, 'delivery
warning after' is set to 4 hours, yet they are getting these messages
almost immediately. I can't figure out why???
