BTW, I'm pretty sure of the answer to this but I want to be 100%
sure... :) Stop/starting any of the servers isn't going to cause anything
to get "lost" correct? If anything someone sending or receiving mail will
get interrupted but if it/they try again after it's cycled it'll be okay?
