It's difficult to say what is happening without seeing the log file or the settings.
If you send me the following then I will have

Subject: [iMS] Slow delivery
I have IMS POST running on a coldfusion box, connecting to Exchange 5.5
for sending emails.
Having previously set up the system and successfully delivered 15000
emails in under one hour, we are now seeing the emails seriously slow
down.
I can see the messages in the OUT folder, however these are now being
sent very slowly - taking over 10 hours to deliver 15000 messages.
There are no processes taking up significant processor time, there's
plenty of memory on the server and I've tried resetting and immediately
running the delivery, with no improvement; does anyone know of any
common/likely issues or settings that might be causing this?
