For me it would depend on a few factors (true for all of our software that we use
here):
1 - Do I need the extra functionality?
2 - Does the new release fix a problem that I'm having?
3 - Is the upgrade free or low cost?
For the CFX_iMSMail tag you have to decide on the first two items. The last one is a
"yes".
Also, when iMS 2.1 is released there are new features that will only be available with
a tag upgrade.
