Any idea what the performance hit is for using RBL? I note in the manual 
that remote servers are cached if they are found on an RBL server. Are 
they cached if they are not found? If not then perhaps they should be 
given the use of TTL parameters...

Thinking through this a little further... Given that iMS is 
multi-threaded I would guess that the performance hit will only be 
appreciable on an already busy server and that the main impact will be a 
(slight) delay in message delivery for the RBL verification... BUT, if 
you are getting a *lot* of spam attempts then you might get a 
performance improvement since (I assume) the DATA step will be avoided...
