We have closed our office and I am now working from home so support will be a bit
spotty.
Anyway - Mail in the orphan folder is incoming mail. This happens when there is an
error in the DATA template. The remote mail server has been given a temporary failure
code and should retry sending the mail later on. Although we don't have a facility
for redelivery of the orphaned mail each one has an associated data file that contains
the delivery information.
