Release notes:
The configurator is an RC because we need to correct a few Win95/98 compatibility
issues.
The configurator will allow you to stop/start iMS servers from Win95/98
The Scheduler is not yet available.
The scheduler now comes with all iMS servers that have a POST Server (except for
development licenses).
The scheduler is now compatible with Win95/98 etc.
All iMS services can now be paused under Windows NT/2000
