Yes, it is not right.  I think, from looking at your code, that you are setting the 
SMTPTO to that invalid format.  The SMTPTO
parameter needs to contain a proper format.  The best thing to do is to set the SMTPTO 
to just an email address (ie - omit the name
of the recipient).  For example:

SMTPTO="[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
