the process of storing the mail in the database has to be done manually
using the coldfusion templates. i have done it, i know it works...i prefer
to parse and store the mail in the database rather than decoding the message
each time it is viewed, only decodes it once that way, and the user doesn't
have to wait while the message is being decoded. I also keep track of the
raw email file for times when the user uses a POP client to download their
messages.
