I found the problem. When I first installed FusionMail and went into the "Users" function it did not list the system domain by default. I added a new domain, and it still did not list the System domain. I edited the System domain, then saved it and it finally appeared in the domain drop down under the "Users" function. I went into the System domain and edited the SystemManager account password once this was fixed.
