In case it's useful to anyone, this updated RegEx takes care of all the cases I've
found so far, including the 'Re[x]:' syntax.
REReplaceNoCase(Subject, "(re|re\[.*\]|fwd|reply|aw|fw|antw|antwort) *[:;][ ]*", "",
"ALL")
