I am wanting to keep track of some more details statistics on email that is
sent out. Thought I could just use smart delivery to have run each time a
message is sent, but it doesn't appear to ever hit the smart delivery
template. I named the template POST Telling it to log an event in the iMS
log when it hits that file and I never get that event logged in the log.
