Limitations on inserting quotes and pounds are ColdFusion limitations.  ColdFusion requires that you double these up but when the cfx tag sees the information the doubling should have been removed by ColdFusion.   The body parameter is for the plain text portion of an email.  You can use body or html or both.   Howie ----- Original Message ----- From: David A.
