We shall give this a go. The DNS servers are very reliable, with one inhouse
and dedicated, but we have kept the MX cache low due to previous virtual
memory errors. We shall try all these suggestions at once and see how things
go from there. The templates are not truly necessary to our needs, and we
have turned them off in the past to see how things went, so we shall remove
them.
Thanks for the suggestions.
