This is a problem on their end.  Their server is closing the transaction unexpectedly.

The transaction below shows that the iMS server is trying to issue an EHLO command for 
ESMTP.  When MSN replies that the command is
unknown iMS responds with a standard HELO command.  At that point the MSN server 
disconnects.  I have no idea why it is doing that
as the transaction to that point is completely normal.
