You would put a token in your content like:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Here's a link to our site:
pr_e.cfm?contact_id=<:cid:>&email_id=<:email_id:> 
---------------------------------------------------------------

Now, once you have tokens in the content you can have iMS replace them on the fly from 
the query like:

<cfx_imsmail query="somequery" queryfield="email column" QToken_CID="CID" 
QToken_email_id="emailid"
parsetokens="yes"
body="#content#">
