Even if you get this error it should not affect the other mailings.  The server should 
still delete mails that went out and not
resend them.

Are you saying that the server stopped sending mail?  Have you restarted?

Also, I have never seen this error occur and have never heard of any reports like 
this.  What version POST is this?
