The only thing I would add here is that your server should really be sending a fully 
qualified domain name (FQDN) in its EHLO command (myserver.mydom.ain instead of just 
myserver).  Either do this by setting up a proper reverse lookup in your DNS  or 
specify a better name in the iMS POST configuration panel.

Some places WILL bounce your mail if you don't use a FQDN in the HELO/EHLO parameter.
