As a follow-up - this is a confirmed bug in the post server.  This bug has been in the 
code and undiscovered because it would only
occur in rare circumstances.  We will be releasing a point release to iMS 2.2 to fix 
this.  This version will also include the fix
for the customresponse bug from yesterday.
