I just tested out the configurator and got an error message: "Unable To Locat DLL".
The missing DLL is odssupport. Is something missing from my IMS directory? Or should
this have been included in the ZIP file?

iMS configurator version 2.2c is now available for download. This version
should take care of the problems that the
current version has with iMS-SE.
We're planning on releasing an upgrade to iMS (iMS 2.2c which should be the
final 2.2 version) within a week or so that
will include this version of the configurator.
Download:
ftp://ftp.coolfusion.com/pub/ods/ims/configurator22c.zip
There is no installer for this - simply unzip the file into your iMS folder.
