You don't need CF on the iMS servers if you are only using the POST Server
and you are not using the ReportPostStatus,
POSTFail or POSTWarn templates (as a matter of fact, the first versions of
the POST server didn't use CF at all).  Also,
if you need to do some processing on the POST Servers (ReportPostStatus) you
can use PHP as an alternative.
