I could try it....I also noticed that the CFX_IMSMAIL tag that is being run is an older version. I'm going to upgrade the tag tonight or tomorrow.

That isn't a known problem with the server.  Would you be able to run a test template and see what happens?

Is it possible that the server is incorrectly deleting the .mbx file? The .mail files in questions all appear to be from a message that is generated to go to 2 recipients at 2 different domains; the files are generated in 1 call the CFX_IMSMAIL. One recipient gets the e-mail and the other doesn't.

The server will ignore .mail files if the associated .mbx file does not exist or if the start time is less than the current time.  Otherwise, the server should pick it up.

Hi Howie,

I've noticed that every so often we have a few .MAIL files that get stuck in the OUT directory and never make it to the QUEUED directory, hence the mail doesn't get sent out. Do you have any idea what could cause this? We are running POST 2.2c.
