The RFC says that the last part can have any amount of characters that it wants. My
validator will allow 2 or any character and then all of the specifics from com to
museum. This will mean that it'll have to be updated every now and again but it'll
also be that much more exact. I have found spam with .comxxx as an extension. And
that's legal by the RFC.
