I see what you mean by the files that you sent me. However, I compared the total in
our counter file from yesterday and
it exactly matched the successful deliveries in our post log. A restart of ColdFusion
will not affect the counters.
However, if someone kills the post server process then you may see discrepancies
because the server would not have had
the chance to update the counter file.
