If you want to include anything in the body of the mail (from an include) then you
need to tokenize it. Something like:
<cffile action="read" file="someinclude" variable="mytext">
<cfx_imsmail ...
body="#mytext# here is some additional text">
As for the AOL content type - I've never seen any problems sending mail to AOL with
standard content types. The cfx
allows you to add attachments with any content type that you want (this is documented
in the cfx_imsmail manual).
