Hi Vishal,

We've run into the same problem. All but 1 time, the failed MX lookups were for
several domains hosted by a particular ISP. Have you by any chance seen this too?

Marc

Howie,

We are getting a number of permanent failures, where the transmission reads
: 'No MX defined for domain-so-and-so' . A sample customised mail from my
Postfail template is as follows :

the form vars are:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
SMTPTo - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Transmission - No MX defined for iamyours.com
MailserverResponse -
Transaction -

However, when we send out mails from our email client, the mail is properly
received (this has been confirmed). On doing an MX lookup for some of the
domains, an MX record is found to exist (not for iamyours.com, though).

Why should this be happening ? I am sending you a screenshot of our Post
Server Configurator settings off-list. Please look into it and let us know
if there is something wrong.

Vishal.
