OK - Then with that said, one more question.

How do I retrieve the bounced emails, or where do they actually bounce to,
for instance:

I have an email with an error-return of

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

when this email bounces back to the SMTP-B server, then where does it go to?
Do I set up templates that tell it to forward to my email or what?

Sorry.....

Yes, that's the one. If you don't have an SMTP server license (iMS-SE does
not) then you can use that server as the
SMTP/B server.
