Ah You are getting this from many mail servers. You are right in
that it is unlikely that they will have all installed something
this week. If is it not them then it must be at your end. <grin>
What changes have you made to the mail? Have you changed the
headers removed or deleted any.
I would review anything modifications no matter how trivial since
your last mail.
Pick one of the mail servers and try sending a single version until
it gets through.
I am sure Howie or Kym might have some suggestions from the RFC
what else might cause the content rejection message. The fact that
it is universal from what you say sound like it may be badly formed
in some way.
Perhaps post your code where you use the Tag to see if we can spot anything.
