When are the folders cleaned up? I am looking at 980 folders that are just
sitting there. I am not sending any new emails at the moment. Do I have to
wait for the "Queue Auto Cleanup" feature to clean these up?
Is there a limit to the number of folders that can be created within a
folder?

You will only get one folder per domain. The server cleans them up
automatically. Although you can turn the option off
I would still recommend that you leave it on.
