That'd be a neat feature for sure. The whole idea of bandwidth management is becoming
increasingly important I think, although the ultimate solution is a "bandwidth
shaping" device (switch) which can limit throughput for certain machines at certain
times, or certain protocols, etc. Also one could simulate this behavior already by
writing a script to change the IMS registry settings on a certain schedule and reset
the service... dirty but effective :)
BTW, drifting off topic, can anyone recommend any particular bandwidth shaping
switch/device?
